We Love The Boston Pops! But the concerts in Boston offer only festival seating, the crowds are large and motorcoach maneuvering is difficult. But on Cape Cod the annual “Pops by the Sea” concert offers the very same orchestra with reserved seating on the Hyannis Green. It’s a civilized and comfortable event in a classy location.

Martha’s Vineyard
Set sail to the beautiful Island of Martha’s Vineyard. Located seven miles offshore, this Island offers a vacation ambiance unlike any other. Once an early refuge for coastal ship traffic, it blossomed into a whaling community in the 18th and 19th century and evolved to what is now a popular tourist destination of today. Explore the diversity of its island towns, take a walk along our pristine shores, and step back in time to a more leisurely pace. Enjoy a guided tour of Oak Bluffs which is noted for its collection of small Carpenter Gothic cottages clustered in the Methodist Camp Meeting Grounds, and Edgartown, known for is stately Greek revival homes built by sea captain of years ago. Return to the mainland after a full day of sightseeing.
Nantucket Island
This morning embark on a cruise to Nantucket Island. This island fondly known as “The Gray Lady” was once the whaling capitol of the world back in the 1800’s. Now a popular vacationing spot for the wealthy, Nantucket’s charm is associated with its cobblestone main street, narrow roads, simple Quaker-style homes and handsome houses dating back to the whaling days of the early 19th century. Enjoy a guided tour of this beautiful island and free time to explore through the many charming shops before returning by ferry back to the mainland.
Chatham, Cape Cod National Seashore & Provincetown Whale Watch
Following breakfast, depart with your tour guide for a fun-filled day touring the lower and outer Cape! Begin touring through the charming seaside village of Chatham with a picture stop at the Chatham Light. Continue on to the Cape Cod National Seashore for spectacular views off the cliffs overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Continue on to Provincetown – the tip of the Cape, and spend some time browsing around the downtown waterfront area with all its artistic and eclectic shops before embarking on an exciting Whale Watch Cruise! Be sure to have your cameras ready as you view these magnificent mammals frolic and feed in their ocean playground.
Tonight, enjoy a traditional Lobster Dinner at one of the Cape’s popular seafood restaurants! (B,D)
Day 3 – Hyannis, Sandwich & Boston Pops Concert
Following breakfast, depart with your Tour Guide for a wonderful day of touring! Your journey continues along historic Route 6A; more fondly known as the Old Kings Highway to the Cape’s oldest town of Sandwich.
