Day 1 – Arrive in Pigeon Forge, TN and check into your hotel for a two night stay. Tonight, you will enjoy the newest show in town, Dolly Parton’s Smoky Mountain Adventures Dinner Show. The show will include some incredible new acts designed specifically for the theatre stage. With the backdrop of Dolly’s music and tapestry of characters, the Owens and the Partons will do battle for the Pigeon Forge mill. The magic and the mystery of the Great Smoky Mountains forge unlikely new relationships and start the story of a family that shaped the future of the Great Smoky Mountains in East Tennessee.
Day 2 – After breakfast this morning, a local guide escorts you deep into Smoky Mountain National Park on a narrated sightseeing tour. Ridge upon ridge of forest straddles the border between North Carolina and Tennessee in Great Smoky Mountains National Park. World renowned for its diversity of plant and animal life, the beauty of its ancient mountains, and the quality of its remnants of Southern Appalachian mountain culture, this is America’s most visited national park.
At the end of your tour, you visit Gatlinburg for the afternoon. Here you can tour Ole Smoky Moonshine, visit Ripley’s Aquarium, Christ in the Smokies or the Ober Gatlinburg Aerial Tram. There are also numerous restaurants and gift shops to fill your afternoon.
On return to Pigeon Forge this evening, grab your hats and hold on to your seats ’cause it’s gonna be a bumpy ride at the Moonshine Murder Dinner Show. The Luke’s have been runnin’ shine for years up here in the Smokies. The unscrupulous Boss Boar and his henchwoman, officer Roscette P. Ketrain are in hot pursuit and now that area has become a prime tourist destination with increased traffic on the Parkway, it is getting harder and harder for the Lukes to outrun the incompetent law woman. This is a laugh a minute dinner show with a nice meal.
Day 3 – After Breakfast, depart for home.
ADD a DAY OPTION: Should you want to add a day to your trip, we suggest a shopping or free time in Pigeon Forge, but we are happy to talk with you about including many other attractions, perhaps Dollywood or a matinee show. Our Add-on day automatically includes another great Pigeon Forge Dinner Show, a 3rd night lodging and one more breakfast.
