Day 1 – Arrive in New York City. Check into your Midtown hotel for a three night stay. The evening is free time for dinner on own, shopping, photographs and a chance to breathe in the atmosphere.
Day 2 – This morning, you visit the Top of the Rock Observation Deck at Rockefeller Center. The three 360-degree-view observation decks at Top of the Rock showcase the City’s spectacular skyline.
What better way to celebrate summer in New York than seeing the world-famous Rockettes in Radio City Music Hall in a homage to summer in New York? Tonight, you will have tickets to see the New York Spectacular featuring the Rockettes.
The show features iconic tunes like you’ve never heard them before that help drive the adventure of the New York Spectacular. Hear classics like “Singing in the Rain,” “Strawberry Fields Forever,” and of course, “New York, New York.” As well as newer New York favorites like “Empire State of Mind.”
Dinner tonight is at Ellen’s Stardust Diner with the singing waiters.
Tonight after dinner, you enjoy a Harbor Lights Cruise. Nothing quite compares to a NYC sunset cruise with city lights glistening like diamonds on the dark water. See the sunset behind the Statue of Liberty; and once the sky goes dark, the city’s skyline lights up in spectacular fashion. The cruise through the harbor offers up panoramic views of the world’s best skyline. Not only does the Harbor Lights Cruise take you within 100 feet of the Statue of Liberty, you also will cruise right under the Brooklyn Bridge, Manhattan Bridge, and Williamsburg Bridge.
Day 3 – This morning visit the One World Observatory. Start by ascending to the top of the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere in less than 60 seconds; look toward the horizon and feel the City’s invincible spirit. Explore three levels filled with innovation and inspiration at One World Observatory, located in the top three floors of One World Trade Center.
Then tour the National September 11 Memorial and Museum. The Memorial honors the lives of those who were lost. It occupies eight of the 16 acres at the World Trade Center and will be a tribute to the past and a place of hope for the future. The names of every person who died in the terrorist attacks of February 26, 1993 and September 11, 2001 are inscribed in bronze around the twin memorial pools.
Enjoy a free afternoon for shopping or sightseeing on own. Head to Fifth Avenue and browse the shops like: the famous Saks Fifth Avenue, Bergdorf-Goodman, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Emanuel Ungaro, Gucci, Ferragamo, and Versace. Fifth Avenue is also known as The Museum Mile featuring many museums and galleries.
Dinner tonight is included at the NEW Opry City Stage. Scheduled to open in April 2017, the Opry City Stage will share the best of Nashville food and music, including live entertainment, simulcast performances from the Grand Ole Opry House and more in a two-floor bar and restaurant space.
Tonight, you have tickets for your choice of a Broadway show. Just to name a few: Wicked, Phantom of the Opera, the Lion King, and Cats.
Day 4 – After breakfast, depart for home.
