This is your chance to explore the distinctive, quaint villages of Cape Cod. Start in the seaside village of Chatham known for its beaches and landmark Lighthouse. Then you tour scenic Hyannis where you see the JFK Memorial and take a harbor cruise past the Kennedy Compound. You will also have time to walk around Sandwich, the oldest town on Cape Cod. Also included is a full time tour manager and a traditional Lobster Dinner.

Itinerary
Day 1 – Arrive Cape Cod – Breathe the salt sea air and feel the coastal breezes as you drive onto Cape Cod for a relaxing three night stay. On arrival, you enjoy a warm welcome by your local guide who will be with you for the entire trip. Take some time to relax and freshen up before enjoying a delicious Cape Cod dinner this evening. (D)
Day 2 – Chatham, Cape Cod National Seashore & Provincetown – Enjoy breakfast before depart with your local step on guide for a wonderful day of touring the lower and outer Cape! You will journey to the charming seaside village of Chatham along with a picture stop at Chatham Light. Continue on to the Cape Cod National Seashore for a visit to the Salt Pond Visitors Center. Enjoy a brief film on the National Seashore and enjoy time in the museum to explore the Cape’s seafaring heritage, learn about the area’s harvest history, and step into life as it used to be on Cape Cod. Then you will tour through the park to enjoy the spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean.
Once in Provincetown, visit Race Point beach and spend some time browsing around the downtown waterfront area with all its artistic and eclectic shops. This evening enjoy a traditional lobster dinner. (B,D)
Day 3 – Hyannis & Sandwich – Following breakfast, start the day with a tour of Hyannis including a picture stop to the JFK Memorial and Korean Memorial overlooking beautiful Veterans Beach. Then, set sail for a scenic one-hour harbor cruise around Hyannis Harbor enjoying views of Hyannisport and Kennedy Compound. Your journey continues along historic Route 6A; more fondly known as the Old Kings Highway to the Cape’s oldest town of Sandwich. Enjoy a visit to the Green Briar Nature Center for a tour and jam tasting!
Enjoy free time exploring Sandwich Village. Stroll around Shawme Pond, view the historic Dexter Grist Mill and take a sip out of the ‘fountain of youth’. Then, visit the US Army Corps of Engineers Cape Cod Canal Visitors Center. Some highlights include a retired 41-foot US Army Corps of Engineers patrol boat, a 46-seat theater showing continuous DVD presentations on Canal History, Canal Critters, and Canal Wildflowers, and real time radar and camera images of the waterway. Return to your hotel to relax and freshen up before enjoying a wonderful dinner this evening. (B,D)
Day 4 – Cape Cod Potato Chip Factory tour & Depart for home – After breakfast, you check out of the hotel and then visit to the popular Cape Cod Potato Chip factory. Enjoy a self-guided tour to see how these delicious chips are made! Later, you will bid farewell to “Olde Cape Cod” taking with you many fond memories. (B)
